It’s that time of the year again, have you got your flu shot yet? I got mine yesterday! The most important thing to realize is that influenza is an infection of the respiratory system, and not just a simple cough and cold. It could possibly keep you in bed for a month, or even to the hospital. Protect yourself, and the others around you, get your flu shot! And remember, it’s impossible to get sick from the shot (unless you’re allergic to eggs, or have other pre-existing health conditions).
